At Aziz Cards, all products sold on our platform are digital gift cards, prepaid codes, or digital vouchers delivered electronically.

No Returns & No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once an order is successfully placed and the digital code is generated or issued by our vendor, the code cannot be canceled, revoked, returned, or reused. For this reason, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Accidental or duplicate purchases
  • Failure to use the code
  • Delays or issues caused by third-party platforms or service providers

Responsibility of the Customer

Before completing your purchase, please ensure that:

  • The selected product is correct
  • The platform or service for which the code is purchased is supported
  • All order details are accurate

By completing a purchase on Aziz Cards, you acknowledge and agree to this No Return & No Refund Policy.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if the digital code is proven to be invalid or non-functional at the time of delivery, and only after verification with the issuing vendor. This does not apply to codes that have already been redeemed or partially used.
