Welcome to AzizCards.com (“Aziz Cards”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of azizcards.com, your purchases of digital gift cards and codes (collectively, the “Services”), and any related communications. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of entering a binding contract.

  • You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

  • We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, or harm to other users.

3) Product nature (digital gift cards & codes)

  • We sell digital gift cards / activation codes delivered electronically (e.g., email, SMS, account page).

  • Codes may be region-locked, currency-specific, platform-specific, or subject to publisher terms (e.g., PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Apple, Google). You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your region, device, and account before purchase.

  • Some products may require KYC/OTP verification for fraud prevention.

4) Prices, taxes, and availability

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before purchase.

  • Taxes, duties, or fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout or are your sole responsibility.

  • Product descriptions and availability are subject to change or correction without notice. Obvious pricing errors may lead to cancellation and refund.

5) Orders, delivery & risk of loss

  • An order is accepted when we confirm it (e.g., order confirmation page or email).

  • Delivery is digital. Once a code is delivered to your email/phone/account page (or made retrievable), risk of loss passes to you.

  • You are responsible for backing up and redeeming codes promptly. We are not responsible if a delivered code is lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, or disclosed after delivery.

6) All sales are final — No refunds

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

  • Because digital codes are irreversible once delivered or revealed, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incompatibility, accidental purchase, or failure to redeem before expiry (if any).

  • Limited replacement (at our discretion): If a delivered code is defective/not redeemable and not previously redeemed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (full screenshots/video of redemption attempt, order number, and device/region details). After verification with the publisher, we may provide a replacement. If our investigation confirms the code was valid and/or redeemed, no replacement will be issued.

  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback for a valid, delivered code is a breach of these Terms. We may provide evidence to dispute it and suspend or terminate your account.

Summary: Digital gift cards/codes are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7) Fraud prevention & verification

  • We may require additional verification (OTP, ID check, billing verification) and may hold, cancel, or refund orders we suspect to be fraudulent or high risk.

  • You agree not to use VPNs, proxies, stolen identities, or compromised payment instruments to make purchases or bypass region restrictions.

8) Redeeming codes & third-party terms

  • Codes are redeemed on third-party platforms. You must comply with those platforms’ terms and policies.

  • We are not the publisher or operator of third-party services and are not responsible for outages, account bans, platform policy changes, or publisher-side issues. Your relationship with those services is separate from Aziz Cards.

9) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws, infringe IP rights, or engage in fraud or money laundering.

  • Interfere with the Services or attempt to access non-public systems.

  • Resell, scrape, or bulk-purchase codes without our express written consent.

  • Mislead others or misuse the Services in a way that harms users or our reputation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

10) Intellectual property

All content on the Services (logos, text, product listings, images, UI, software) is owned by or licensed to Aziz Cards and is protected by IP laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, lawful purposes.

11) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (see azizcards.com/privacy). By using the Services, you consent to our data practices described there.

12) Disclaimers

  • AS IS / AS AVAILABLE. The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

  • We do not warrant that codes will meet your expectations where region, device, or account compatibility is not met, or where third-party platforms change features or policies.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aziz Cards and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or relating to the Services or products. Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aziz Cards, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

15) Suspension, termination & changes

  • We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any breach, suspected fraud, or risk to users.

  • We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting with a revised “Effective date.” Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of <Jurisdiction/Country> without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

17) Miscellaneous

  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, plus any policy or order confirmation referenced here, form the entire agreement between you and us.
